The Administrative Specialist I is responsible for processing information received from Ignition Interlock Service Providers regarding program participants and maintaining incoming files. This role will also handle inquiries about the interlock program and manage the filing system for the Division Ignition Interlock Oversight Program. The position requires servicing customers who are mandated to use the ignition interlock system and necessitates consistent demonstration of strong legal knowledge, effective verbal and written communication skills, and proper decorum when interacting with all parties.
