The Atlantic / Cape May Vicinage is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional with excellent written and oral communication and customer service skills to assist the Operations Division Manager. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team, adhere to deadlines, show attention to detail and accuracy, maintain confidentiality and possess integrity.

Requirements

  • Three years of experience performing a variety of clerical and support services to include keyboarding and one or more of the following: document or information processing, handling payments for fees, recording monies received, reconciling balances or accounts and/or scheduling meetings or appointments.
  • Ability to use a keyboard, no minimum speed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Regular and predictable physical presence at the worksite is an essential function of this position.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate administrative functions within the division including but not limited to: Providing support via email, phone, and walk-ins; handling facilities requests; documents.
  • Internal/external customer service support functions.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating and implementation of special projects and programs.
  • Compile records and other written materials.
  • Calculate statistical information of reports; analyze reports for distribution or action.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars.
  • Prepare correspondence; provide information to judges, management, and staff.
  • Provide training and guidance as needed; and perform other related job duties.
  • Preparing and updating digital signage.
  • Maintaining division inventory and supplies.
