The Administrative Services Supervisor provides direction and leadership to assigned administrative support staff. This role manages administrative and fiscal processes for the assigned service area to ensure proper compliance with agency requirements. Responsibilities include initiating and participating in hiring, performance management, and progressive discipline. The supervisor manages the general revenue budget and any special revenue budgets within the service area, overseeing, reviewing, and approving all funding allocations and expenditures reported in sub-recipient contracts. They also develop and monitor administrative processes and procedures, provide guidance on policies, and consult on funding guidelines. The role involves collecting, trending, and analyzing financial data, supervising the preparation of award contracts and Board agendas, and performing quality checks on documents. Additionally, the supervisor develops and initiates quality control actions, implements policies, and recommends revisions to improve efficiency. They lead the development of administrative processes for new programs, maintain relationships with funders, and seek fiscal authorization for expenditures. The position also involves participating in leadership and strategic planning meetings, serving as a liaison for office equipment maintenance, collaborating with partners on special projects, and participating in public health emergency activities. The role may require operating agency-owned fleet vehicles and performing other assigned duties.
