About The Position

The Lodge at Old Trail in Crozet, VA, is seeking a full-time Administrative Services Director. This role involves leading with purpose, sharpening business expertise, and making a meaningful impact. The position offers a competitive salary starting at $60,000+ annually, with bonus potential. The Administrative Services Director will oversee human resources, manage accounts payable and receivable, handle bookkeeping, and ensure seamless administrative support. Responsibilities also include guiding staff training, supporting team development, and supervising the Front Desk and Transportation teams. The role requires a dynamic blend of financial oversight, people leadership, and problem-solving, emphasizing organization, effective communication, and confident leadership.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 5+ years of business experience
  • High level of emotional intelligence
  • Experience with QuickBooks and online banking
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
