This is an office-based coordinator role where you will contribute to operational excellence while upholding our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. You will be responsible for daily inventory and inbound/receiving activities. You will spend the majority of your time working from your desk with ERP systems, email, and browsers to maintain inventory accuracy and ensure smooth operations through attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED required
  • 1 year of administrative experience in a professional environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Experience with document control and records management
  • Strong multitasking capabilities and time management skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening.

  • Preferred Fields of Study: business, sciences, or related field
  • Professional certifications in administrative services or relevant areas valued
  • Experience with enterprise software systems preferred
  • Knowledge of GMP and regulatory compliance beneficial
  • Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally

Responsibilities

  • Verify receipts against items, lot numbers, expiration dates, and quantities to ensure accuracy
  • Coordinate and distribute cycle counts and other inventory programs to warehouse teams
  • Reconcile inventory data and process lower-level adjustments in the ERP system
  • Identify discrepancies and escalate issues to appropriate teams for clarification and resolution
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor physical inventory activities and support inventory reconciliation efforts
  • Process routine adjustments with appropriate approvals and hand off to the next phase
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to address inventory-related questions and issues
  • Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and documentation requirements
