About The Position

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Three (3) years of clerical experience involving frequent contact with the public.
  • Demonstrated competency in computer literacy and Excel.
  • Obtain and maintain a valid Arizona Identity Verified Prints ( IVP ) Fingerprint Clearance Card (AZ IVP FPCC).

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative support functions.
  • Act as liaison between students/parents, Principals, Assistant Principals and Counselors.
  • Coordinate school site transportation requests.
  • Assist with management of student discipline, curriculum and athletics.
  • Assist with collection and verification of substitute and staff attendance.
  • Assist with management of building key distribution.
  • Assist with coordination and maintenance of school documents.
  • Assist with coordination and distribution of school wide communication.
  • Assist with coordination and scheduling of school facilities for special projects and events.
  • Clerical assistance to Administrative Secretary III, Principal, Assistant Principal, and Counselors.
  • Monitor and inventory supplies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain good rapport with students, employees, community members and vendors.
  • Maintains a high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality.
  • Other job related duties as assigned.
