At Ontario Plants, we operate at scale, supporting growers across North America through high-performance greenhouse production. As we continue to grow, we are looking for organized and proactive team members who want to contribute beyond administration and become part of how we deliver a strong customer and operational experience. The Administrative Sales Coordinator plays an important role connecting Sales, Production, Seed Inventory, and Customers by helping ensure information flows accurately, customers stay informed, and operations remain organized and responsive. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, communication, and working across teams in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same. You will support daily commercial and sales operations through coordination, reporting, customer communication, and administrative support. Working closely with the Head of Commercial Operations, Production, and internal teams, you will help maintain accuracy, organization, and responsiveness across the customer lifecycle. This role provides exposure to greenhouse operations, customer account coordination, inventory processes, and commercial decision-making within a growing agricultural business.
