About The Position

Atlas Trillo, part of the nation's largest plumbing, heating and air conditioning service provider, is seeking a Part-Time Safety/Fleet Coordinator. This role involves evaluating service center loss exposures and trends, strategic planning, and implementing safety programs to meet established goals. The coordinator will also be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA, and other relevant agencies at the area level. The company, American Residential Services (ARS), is the largest provider of residential services in the US, with over 45 years of experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical solutions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma with 1-2 years of industry experience in plumbing and/or HVAC preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office products required.
  • Must be able to create and interpret spreadsheets and operate general office machines.
  • Strong communication and training delivery skills are required.
  • A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts general safety employee training.
  • Reviews and implements safety practices that conform to regional and company safety policies.
  • Conducts accident investigations.
  • Claims reporting and management.
  • OSHA record keeping for the area service centers.
  • Conduct weekly departmental safety meetings.
  • Conducts safety audits to check the effectiveness of safety policy.
  • Conducts and manages job site inspection program.
  • Conducts / manages vehicle inspection program.
