About The Position

Our patients are our number one priority! We're committed to giving children back their childhood! This role involves applying the theories, concepts, principles, and techniques learned in the didactic portion of graduate education, under the guidance of the Executive Vice President & Administrator, or his/her designee. The Administrative Resident will apply a practical understanding of clinical and administrative factors and their interrelations in health care organizations. This position will strengthen leadership, judgment, and problem-solving and administrative skills by participating in administrative activities and projects. The resident will also develop knowledge of the activities of health professionals and the focus of services and programs on patient care. The role includes participating in activities assigned by, and or approved by the Executive Vice President & Administrator.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Must be currently enrolled in Master's Healthcare Administration program
