About The Position

Our patients are our number one priority! We're committed to giving children back their childhood! This position is located at the Frisco - Ambulatory Surgical Center. The Administrative Resident will apply the theories, concepts, principles and techniques learned in the didactic portion of graduate education, under the guidance of the Executive Vice President & Administrator, or his/her designee. This role will apply a practical understanding of clinical and administrative factors and their interrelations in health care organizations. The resident will strengthen leadership, judgment, problem-solving and administrative skills by participating in administrative activities and projects. They will also develop knowledge of the activities of health professionals and the focus of services and programs on patient care. The resident will participate in activities assigned by, and or approved by the Executive Vice President & Administrator.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Must be currently enrolled in Master's Healthcare Administration program
