About The Position

The Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization to support end-to-end hiring activities and build strong candidate relationships. This role serves as an integral partner in managing recruiting logistics, maintaining accurate records, and providing candidates with a professional and positive first impression. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, excels at multitasking, communicates clearly, and thrives in a dynamic environment while contributing to the growth of a talented workforce.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a coordination-focused role.
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage scheduling and coordination tasks in a professional environment.
  • Experience supporting recruiting, talent acquisition, or similar administrative functions.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruiting systems.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews and phone screens by working directly with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Arrange travel logistics for visiting candidates when needed.
  • Update candidate records and job postings in applicant tracking and recruiting systems.
  • Confirm new hires and ensure all relevant recruiting systems reflect accurate status information.
  • Provide timely follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status via phone and email.
  • Track recruiting activities and prepare weekly reports summarizing candidate status and pipeline progress.
  • Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and distribute debrief materials to interview teams.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to improve the candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of other recruiting activities and projects as needed.
