About The Position

V2X is seeking a highly motivated and driven Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. As a Recruiting Coordinator, your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. You will serve as the primary point of contact for incoming employees, helping them transition smoothly into the organization while promoting a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and productivity.

Requirements

  • High School degree/GED
  • At least 1 year experience working in HR, Recruiting, or global service center
  • A track record of demonstrating a strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability
  • Experience with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Knowledge of OFCCP, EEOC and AAP guidelines
  • Knowledge of the full-cycle recruiting process
  • Personal computer, printer, copy machine and other general office equipment.
  • Proficient in the use of computers and computer software programs such as Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Understanding of using on-line applicant tracking recruitment tools.
  • Must be self-starter and results-driven
  • Autonomous/Independent-enjoys working with little direction
  • Innovative-prefers working in unconventional ways or on tasks that require creativity
  • Strong-decision-making skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute the end-to-end onboarding process, including the monitoring of new hire forms and tasks, travel (as required), and coordination of pre-employment requirements.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including workflow status updates, candidate notes, and required actions
  • Respond to candidate inquiries within established timelines.
  • Review background checks and medical screenings to determine eligibility.
  • Complete I-9 work authorization for US-based hires to satisfy federal employment regulations
  • Participate in meetings with the program team and Talent Acquisition to review status of incoming hires
  • Perform special projects as needed or assigned.
