About The Position

Koniag Data Solutions, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an Administrative Project Manager with a Secret Security clearance to support KDS and our government customer at the Pentagon, Arlington, VA.

Requirements

  • Secret Security clearance required
  • 7+ years of experience, demonstrating incremental growth in responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Manage a small team of project specialists
  • Familiar with DOW Joint Travel Regulations and DOW systems.
  • Able to execute reviews of travel claims and provide counsel to travelers for resolution of issues.
  • Familiar with Property Custodian duties related to DISA and WHS equipment and furniture.
  • Able to execute Property Custodian roles to include audits, transfers, etc.
  • Communicate with staff regarding property hand receipts etc.
  • Familiar with DOW
  • Track required training, provide reminders to staff on upcoming due dates, provide updates to leadership regarding overall organizational posture with regards to required training
  • Familiar with federal and DOW Records Management requirements.
  • Assist the organization with file plan updates, staff familiarization, assist with audits, etc.
  • Reviews staff-prepared correspondence, reports, etc. for proper format, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and adherence to instructions
  • Provides escalation support with parking requests, account onboarding and offboarding, incoming and outgoing visit requests, conference room requests, requests for suite maintenance, and special projects as needed.
  • Plans, directs, and coordinates administrative support services of the organization, such as recordkeeping, document destruction, mail distribution, travel, telephone operator/receptionist, and other office support services.
  • Supervises employees in office service activities for optimum utilization of services and equipment including reception, duplication, records (filing), document scanning, word processing, messenger service, supplies, mail services, telecommunications, telephone and fax services, and other clerical services.
  • Arranges for purchase of office supplies and equipment.
  • Analyzes internal processes and recommends and implements procedural or policy changes to improve operations, such as supply changes or the disposal of records.
  • Delegates responsibilities among the staff and ensures that no staff member is overloaded with work.
  • Ensures adequate supplies for the office and maintains accurate and updated inventories.
  • Produces monthly status reports on the progress of action items and initiatives for the function.
  • May also coordinate and arrange escort for maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment layout and housekeeping.
