Administrative Program Assistant
About The Position
This is a part-time position working up to 25 hours per week, with the option of a Monday-Friday or a 4-day work week. The salary is $16.39 per hour. Easterseals Florida delivers impactful services through 52 programs statewide, supporting individuals with disabilities and their families. Our Workforce Development programs, including Career Camp and Self-Advocacy training, help participants build career skills, confidence, and independence through hands-on learning, interview preparation, and career exploration. Requirements
- Certificate from a college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and at least 6 months of related experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to learn database systems quickly
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to meet our approved driver qualifications in order to drive your personal vehicle, as required, to drive to meetings and for other business-related needs (minimum age of 21 and good driving history)
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and office support
- Maintain client records and enter data accurately in internal systems
- Track referrals, authorizations, and required documentation
- Assist with reporting and ensure timely submission of data
- Support client intake, communication, and family inquiries
- Collaborate with staff and assist with program operations as needed
