The Program Aide/ Admin Assistant is responsible for collecting data for the after-school programs. They will provide administrative support by assisting in the coordination of all aspects of the after-school program and be responsible for the required documentation. The Program Aide/Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the management of both participant and staff files, including but not limited to: attendance, participant records, staff personal files, incident reports, and other documentation needed for the proper function of the program.
