About The Position

DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a Documentation and Administrative Support / Administrative Operations Coordinator professional to support the U.S. Coast Guard Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC) Project Residence Office (PRO) located at the Austal USA Shipyard in Mobile, Alabama. DecisionPoint is building a team of qualified professionals to support this exciting opportunity and is currently identifying candidates interested in future program support. Selected candidates may be asked to participate in interviews, provide an updated resume, and sign a Letter of Commitment expressing interest and availability for the position should DecisionPoint move forward with staffing efforts. This position is onsite in Mobile, Alabama and requires an active Secret security clearance.

Requirements

  • Active Secret security clearance required.
  • Bachelor’s degree required or additional qualifying experience in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of office documentation support experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and documentation support for OPC PRO operations.
  • Support correspondence management, scheduling, meeting coordination, and reporting.
  • Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, reports, and executive briefings.
  • Track action items, data calls, and program documentation.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and support ceremonial event planning.
  • Maintain records management and office support functions.
