About the Role: You will provide reception, clerical and administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of Roxby Downs Health Services. You will assist with appointment bookings, customer enquiries, medical records, financial administration, correspondence and meeting coordination while delivering responsive support to staff, patients and visitors.

Requirements

  • Experience in administrative, clerical or customer service roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional approach.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work with minimal supervision.
  • Sound computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Commitment to providing efficient, accurate and customer-focused administrative support.
  • Satisfactory Criminal History Check.
  • Immunisation compliance.
