About The Position

Step into a key leadership role as the Administrative Officer 4 overseeing the Systems and Audit Oversight Section within the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR). This position gives you the chance to shape key systems that support individuals across the Commonwealth. In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage major systems, oversee audits, and strengthen processes that impact staff and customers. In this role, you will provide leadership for the Systems and Audit Oversight Section and guide the management of major systems and monitoring activities within OVR. As a Administrative Officer 4, you will perform the following duties: System Oversight: Manage operations of CWDS and related systems to support effective OVR functions Audit Coordination: Lead activities for Single Audits and RSA monitoring, including responses and action planning Project Leadership: Guide CWDS enhancements, testing, accessibility work, and coordination with technical teams Staff Supervision: Direct staff, plan work, resolve issues, and strengthen section processes Stakeholder Engagement: Represent leadership at meetings and provide information to executives and partners Process Evaluation: Oversee studies and evaluations to support policy decisions and program improvement. Requirements

  • One year as an Administrative Officer 3 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or Six years of experience in progressively responsible and varied office management or staff work, including experience in personnel management, budgeting, or procurement; and such training as may have been gained through graduation from a four-year college or university; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • You must meet the PA residency requirement.
  • You must be able to perform essential job functions.
