Requirements

  • One year as an Administrative Officer 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or Three years of experience in progressively responsible and varied office management or staff work, including experience in personnel management, budgeting, or procurement; and a bachelor's degree; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • Possess a valid federal or state-issued photo ID
  • Pass a favorable NCIC screening for admittance to Fort Indiantown Gap
  • Able to perform essential job functions

Responsibilities

  • Plan major campaigns that build and expand public understanding of veteran reintegration needs
  • Build relationships with agencies and organizations to support shared program goals
  • Identify needed reintegration services and connect veterans with partner providers
  • Develop methods to measure program effectiveness and analyze outcomes
  • Prepare grant packages and guide partners on meeting grant requirements
  • Lead improvements to program policies to align with legal and organizational standards
