Requirements

  • One year as an Administrative Officer 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or Three years of experience in progressively responsible and varied office management or staff work, including experience in personnel management, budgeting, or procurement; and a bachelor's degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • Meet the PA residency requirement.
  • Be able to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze bureau budgets, review spending, and track financial needs
  • Review grant documents, ensure compliance, and support targeted program funding
  • Check purchase requests and contracts for accuracy and proper funding
  • Provide direction to clerical staff and assist with personnel processes
  • Maintain records, track required documents, and support audit responses
  • Support daily office needs and help implement updated procedures
