Requirements

High School Diploma, or GED, plus one to two years of related experience.
Willingness to submit to record checks to detect criminal convictions of behavior harmful towards children, spousal abuse, distributing drugs or sex crimes.
Requires a valid driver’s license or the ability to obtain one and obtain approved driver status.

Responsibilities

Provides essential support to the team through filing, scheduling, and general administrative functions.
Assists staff and families with completing required components of the training, assessment, and licensing process while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for clients, visitors, and partners.
Answers and directs phone calls, takes messages, provides general information, and connects individuals with appropriate team members.
Greets on-site visitors, determines the nature of their needs, and ensures timely communication with staff.
Maintains professional boundaries in all interactions and follows established protocols for building safety, emergency notifications, and after-hours procedures.
Plays a critical role in supporting daily operations and advancing the LSS mission.
