This role blends traditional administrative support with marketing, client experience, and business development activities. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Responsibilities

Manage advisor calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics
Prepare advisor for client meetings and appointments
Manage email correspondence and assist with communication workflows
Track action items and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding requests
Maintain accurate client records and reporting
Complete, submit, and track insurance and operational paperwork
Coordinate weekly team meetings and other internal meetings as needed
Serve as a key point of contact for client service requests and inquiries
Support client retention initiatives and relationship-building efforts
Coordinate client appreciation activities, gifts, thank-you campaigns, and personalized touches
Assist with client events, educational workshops, and appreciation gatherings
Create exceptional client experiences that reinforce long-term relationships
Assist with the execution of social media content and engagement
Monitor social media channels and help maintain a consistent online presence
Support team newsletters, email campaigns, and marketing communications
Help track marketing metrics, referral sources, and campaign effectiveness
Maintain and update marketing materials and digital content as needed
