About The Position

Responsible for providing key business advise to internal clients and key stakeholders on all administrative related matters. Oversees the daily activities of providing administrative support to include workload management, training and professional development, adherence to organization's guidelines, policies, and procedures. Ensures outstanding service delivery to all supported clients by building effective relationships, communicating effectively, and cultivating strong team performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the daily activities of an administrative team to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
  • Analyzes internal processes and plans, and implements procedural and policy changes to improve operations.
  • Builds and maintains effective internal client relationships across multiple office locations including a variety of key stakeholders.
  • Builds clear business objectives and guides the work of others using strong problem-solving skills to address complex service challenges.
  • Collaborates with other service lines in support of efficient and well-coordinated service delivery.
  • Conducts training sessions for new employees.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
