Position Summary: The Administrative Manager leads the administrative, accounting, and operational support functions for a single distribution branch. This role directly supervises accounting technicians, administrative staff, and an inventory control specialist, and serves as the branch's primary point of contact for human resources administration, timekeeping, and systems communication. Working in close partnership with the Branch Manager and regional and corporate support functions, the Location Office Manager ensures branch operations are accurate, efficient, and aligned with company standards. This is a hands-on leadership role well suited for someone equally comfortable managing transactional accounting processes, developing their team, and navigating the day-to-day people and administrative needs of a busy distribution environment.
