The Administrative Manager is responsible for the administrative and operational activities in support of the Computational Biology Program (Comp Bio) and the Translational Data Science Integrated Research Center (TDS IRC), and its research, faculty, trainee, and programmatic activities, under the general direction of the Director of Programs and Strategy. Develops, implements, and evaluates procedures related to program operations and administration, ensuring effective and compliant management of financial, personnel, grant, space, and other administrative resources. Serves as a key liaison between program leadership, faculty, staff, trainees, institutional departments, funding sources, affiliated institutions, and external organizations. Coordinates and oversees faculty, trainee, committee, funding, recruitment, seminar, conference, and other program activities and initiatives. Provides administrative leadership and support for program planning, reporting, and special projects in partnership with program leadership and Principal Investigators. This role will have the opportunity to work partially at our campus and remotely.
