Administrative Manager-Department of Medical Education
About The Position
The Manager for Medical Education Administration (Manager) is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations of the Department, ensuring that the staff, faculty, and educational program are supported efficiently and effectively. The Manager will report to the Senior Associate Dean for Medical Education Administration and will collaborate and partner with divisional and departmental leaders to ensure departmental operations, staffing, training, and administrative initiatives are executed in a thoughtful, timely and strategic way. The Manager will contribute to the overall success of the team that supports the Medical Education program. The Manager serves as a key operational resource for the Department, supporting workforce management, employee engagement, onboarding, training, and departmental initiatives. The position supports departmental leadership in the hiring and training of all faculty and has overall responsibility for the training, development and advancement of the staff that supports the department.
