About The Position

The Administrative & Fiscal Operations Coordinator serves as the primary administrative and fiscal analyst for multiple Early Outreach and Support Programs (EOSP) departments and programs. This role involves complex fiscal, administrative, and operational analysis across various funding sources including state, foundation, grant, categorical, and auxiliary funds. Key responsibilities include budget administration, financial analysis, expenditure forecasting, variance analysis, fiscal monitoring, payroll administration, procurement support, and compliance oversight. The incumbent acts as a central resource for budget, fiscal, and administrative matters, analyzing financial activity, developing budget projections, and ensuring adherence to university, foundation, grant, and regulatory requirements. This position requires a high degree of independent judgment in evaluating fiscal and operational issues, interpreting policies, identifying risks, and recommending solutions to maintain departmental effectiveness and fiscal integrity. Additionally, the role provides operational oversight for payroll, procurement, personnel transactions, office operations, and special projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent training.
  • Two years of full-time administrative work experience involving study, analysis, and/or evaluation leading to the development or improvement of administrative policies, procedures, practices or programs.

Responsibilities

  • Perform complex fiscal, administrative, and operational analysis for multiple EOSP departments and programs.

  • Develop budget projections and recommendations to support resource planning and decision-making.
  • Exercise independent judgment in evaluating fiscal and operational issues and interpreting policies.
  • Recommend solutions to support departmental effectiveness and fiscal integrity.
  • Provide operational oversight for payroll administration, procurement activities, personnel transactions, office operations, and special projects.
