As a member of the senior administrative team, the Administrative Director of Primary Care and Community Health reports to the COO. Having broad scope, supervises and supports leaders that have responsibility for multiple service lines: Primary Care, Public/Community Health, Occupational and Employee Health, and Urgent Care. Ensures alignment of services with organizational goals, financial targets, and growth strategies. Maintains responsibility for strategic vision, collaborative development, and ensuring implementation of operating plans within the service lines and across the organization. Partners with Population Health/ACO to lead the strategic development and implementation of clinical initiatives that improve health outcomes, reduce health disparities, and enhance care coordination across the service area. In partnership with directors and providers, oversees management of assigned service lines to ensure the overall operational success in cost, quality, and service. Leads optimization of workflows, access, and resource utilization to enhance patient care and provider efficiency. Provides vision and direction for developing a culture where physicians, advanced practice providers, leaders, and staff desire to devote their careers. Demonstrates and promotes corporate values, service excellence, continuous improvement, team development and professional growth.
