Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to remain professional and solution-focused when handling challenging customer situations.
Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems.
A Can Do! attitude and a passion for providing quality, best-in-class customer service.

Nice To Haves

1–3 years of customer service, administrative, retail, call-center, or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Welcome visitors and provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
Serve as a centralized phone contact for TigerWash and The Market locations.
Answer customer questions and resolve concerns related to memberships, rewards, retail transactions, and customer programs.
Research customer accounts and process authorized refunds, cancellations, and rewards adjustments.
Take ownership of customer issues through resolution and escalate when needed.
Assist with customer enrollment and administration of fleet and rewards programs.
Track purchases, incentives, and program activity and coordinate with Accounting as needed.
Compile and distribute daily and periodic operational reports.
Maintain accurate customer and administrative records.
Coordinate office deliveries and maintain office supplies.
Provide general receptionist and administrative support.
