Shriners Children’s is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide advanced level support to the Director of Ancillary Services and their direct reports and staff. This role oversees special projects as directed by the Director and is responsible for maintaining administrative workflow, resolving administrative problems, and completing administrative projects. The Administrative Coordinator will also provide administrative support for correspondence, presentations, manuscripts, databases, and templates, as well as develop administrative staff through coaching and educational opportunities. Additionally, this role involves managing office supplies, assisting the Director with service agreements, capital requests, budget reviews, and regulatory requirements, and supporting the Director's direct reports in policy and procedure development. The role also includes assisting, leading, and managing special projects for the Director, which may involve meeting scheduling, workflow design, process improvement, vendor contact, and third-party correspondence.
