Requirements

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • Must have three (3) years of experience supporting office operations, coordination, or administrative functions in a professional environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain supplies for shared office areas, kitchens, and training room, including standard supplies and employee-requested items.
  • Complete related ordering and inventory tracking while following budget guidelines.
  • Reconcile monthly spend with accurate expense allocation and recommend cost-saving adjustments.
  • Coordinate office vendor services, including copier/printer service, postage machine support, shredding services, office supply vendors, kitchen/beverage services, cleaning follow-up, and other office service providers.
  • Complete related scheduling, issue communication, and follow-up tracking through resolution.
  • Provide backup support for the digital visitor management system, including monitoring visitor notifications, confirming appropriate employee notification, following up on unacknowledged notifications, and escalating system issues as needed.
  • Process all incoming and outgoing mail daily, including preparation of certified and overnight deliveries, and assist with package delivery notifications and pickup follow-up.
  • Maintain property mailing labels and the employee mail distribution system based on property and employee changes.
