About The Position

Under the direction of the Community and Family Resource Center (CFRC) Regional Director, the Administrative Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Regional Director, Clinical Supervisor, and CFRC team by organizing and responding to the administrative needs of the team, taking initiative to seek solutions to everyday problems, cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and assist with Contract monitoring, data collection, and reporting. In addition, the Administrator Coordinator works closely with the Regional Director and Clinical Manager to brainstorm, plan, coordinate, and execute events for engagement with the local community and agency partners. The Administrative Coordinator follows all Penny Lane Centers policies and procedures regarding the Heart Centered Culture, cultural sensitivity, and cultural awareness. The Administrative Coordinator supports the agency mission and vision in their interaction with children, youth, families, and partner agencies.

Requirements

  • No degree required.
  • Valid California driver’s license.
  • Current automobile insurance.
  • Have and maintain a clean driving record acceptable to the organization’s insurance company.
  • Have immediate access to his or her vehicle during work hours.

Nice To Haves

  • Two years’ experience in customer service or administrative service.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred (verbal and written).
