About The Position

We’re looking for an Administrative Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact at the agency, creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors and providing administrative support that keeps our front office running smoothly. Requirements

  • No experience or training is required.

Responsibilities

  • Answer/route all incoming agency calls.
  • Assist with accurately processing new security officer applications in web-based database.
  • Review submitted documents and ensure that all required information is completed and accurate.
  • Verify eligibility of applicants and make sure that they meet all necessary requirements to become a security officer.
  • Manage security officer registrations by verifying the accuracy of registration information, ensuring that all required documentation is on file, and updating the database as necessary.
  • Process security Officer terminations, verifying the accuracy Of termination information and ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and on file.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to security officers who require assistance with database issues. This may include helping security officers navigate the system, answering questions about the application process, and providing support to security officers who need help unlocking their account.
  • Maintain accurate records of security officer applications, registrations, and terminations in the database.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information to ensure that all security Officer information is always kept confidential and secure.
