We’re looking for an Administrative Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact at the agency in our Child Welfare Office in Orleans Parish, creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors and providing administrative support that keeps our front office running smoothly. This position provides clerical, programmatic, and administrative support functions for staff, applicants and clients of the Orleans Parish Child Welfare office.

Responsibilities

  • Greets visitors in a cordial manner and maintains office procedure.
  • Receives correspondence and notifies staff of receipt.
  • Creates purchase orders.
  • Inputs invoices into Vendor Invoice Portal.
  • Office Space Utilizations Quarterly Reports
