Corteva has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator to join our company at our Global Business Center in Johnston IA This role supports executives by managing schedules, anticipating needs, and maintaining seamless daily operations. By leveraging your proactive problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, you will contribute to a high-performing workplace focused on delivering quality seed products and exceptional service. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED with relevant knowledge and experience
  • 1-3 years of relevant administrative experience and/or related education
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in high‑pressure environments
  • Proven ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and act independently
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • High degree of integrity and discretion with confidential information
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn new systems and collaboration tools
  • Proactive, adaptable mindset with a positive, solution‑oriented approach
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends when needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing executive calendars and overseeing end-to-end travel coordination
  • Degree in Business Administration, Office Management or other relevant field

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex, dynamic calendars—prioritizing requests and proactively optimizing the executive’s time
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including frequently changing itineraries
  • Handle executive communications and interface with senior leaders, external partners, and peers
  • Prepare and organize materials, briefings, and presentations to ensure meeting readiness
  • Plan and execute meetings, events, and customer engagements (onsite and offsite)
  • Track expenses and manage reports with accuracy and discretion
  • Capture meeting notes, manage action items, and maintain shared documentation
  • Serve as a key connector across technology, HR, facilities, and other enterprise resources
  • Support ad hoc projects aligned with Seed Operations priorities
  • Ensure all administrative work processes and flows are accurate and effective
  • Support compliance with activities and obligations
  • Manage purchasing, accounts payable, and receivable activities
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
