About The Position

The Administrative Coordinator at Aspire Living & Learning plays a vital role in providing support to the assigned senior management team, including the Sr Director of Program Operations. The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for initiating, preparing, coordinating and following up on administrative duties associated with each director’s area of responsibility; providing supervision, direction and guidance to the administrative team; handling day to day office tasks and performing a variety of administrative duties and special projects. The Administrative Coordinator serves as the administrator for Therap.
