This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities. As part of a hardworking team you will be responsible for all aspects of providing Administrative Support the Manufacturing Operations Leadership team for Lunar Permanence. - MK1 This role will report to the Vice President, of Manufacturing Operations for MK1.. As Senior Administrative Assistant you will provide high-level support to executives by managing calendars, coordinating travel and meetings, handling confidential information, and overseeing daily operations. Key responsibilities include preparing reports and presentations, managing correspondence, maintaining filing systems, and sometimes supervising junior staff. This role requires strong organizational and multitasking skills, discretion, and professionalism to ensure efficiency and support senior leadership. We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight. Requirements

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other administrative software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Experience in an administrative or office environment is required

Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings, manage complex calendars for multiple executives, and handle logistics like room bookings and catering.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation, and process expense reports.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming calls and emails, and draft and proofread correspondence such as memos, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and databases, both physically and digitally.
  • Oversee general office operations, manage office supplies, and recommend workflow improvements.
  • Allocating and managing desk locations at each of the Lunar Facilities.
  • Supporting visitor/tour readiness such as badges and clearances in compliance with Blue guidelines.
  • Serve as a point of contact between executives, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with project planning and execution.
  • Participate in planning and executing employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and track expenditures or budgets.
  • May provide direction or mentorship to junior administrative staff.
