Under general supervision, this position supports faculty by coordinating a wide range of administrative functions, managing communications and documentation, maintaining records and databases, organizing meetings and events, assisting with financial and travel processes, and supporting academic and research-related activities. The Administrative Coordinator I serves as a key resource for faculty, staff, students, and external partners, helping to ensure the efficient operation of departmental programs and initiatives.
