About The Position

The incumbent is responsible for administrative service functions of the Teachers’ Retirement System of Louisiana (TRSL). The incumbent will assume operational duties such as incoming checks, maintaining postage records, monitoring permit accounts and postal invoices. Requirements

  • Two years of experience in administrative services.
  • Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process and log incoming checks
  • Log and balance daily postage expenses
  • Monitor and analyze USPS permit mail accounts
  • Receive packages and monitor business supplies
  • Provide backup for mailroom staff in processing outgoing and incoming mail as needed
