As an Administrative Coordinator 3, you’ll keep daily office operations running smoothly, assist clients with applications and services, and provide vital administrative support that allows eligibility staff to focus on delivering timely and accurate benefits. Requirements

  • Two years of experience in administrative services.
  • Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains an orderly, welcoming, and efficient lobby environment to support positive client experiences.
  • Greets clients at the receptionist desk, identifies their needs, and provides appropriate assistance or directs them to the appropriate staff or resources.
  • Assists clients with completing online applications and navigating application kiosks to improve access to Economic Stability programs.
  • Registers applications and ensures application information is accurately documented and processed according to established procedures.
  • Uploads verification documents and other pertinent documentation for eligibility staff to access and review.
  • Receives, sorts, distributes, and maintains incoming and outgoing mail and other correspondence for the office.
  • Provides administrative support to eligibility staff by completing routine tasks and maintaining organized documentation, allowing staff to focus on timely and accurate client service.
