About The Position
Join the transformative Southcoast Behavioral Health team as an Admin Clerk and be part of a difference-making journey every day! This is a part-time position working 12 hours per week. Southcoast Behavioral Health, located in Dartmouth, Massachusetts, is a premier mental health treatment center with 192 beds. We serve pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, as well as adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
Responsibilities
- Handling front office reception and general administrative duties.
- Serving visitors, vendors and other outside guests by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately.
- Notifying facility personnel of visitor’s arrival.
- Maintaining security by following established procedures including monitoring guest logbook and issuing visitor badges, if required.
- Keeping track of inventory and working with supply vendors to ensure a well-stocked office.
- Answering and transferring telephone calls or taking messages.
- Handling facility inquiries and providing general information.
- Sorting and delivering incoming mail and sending outgoing mail.
- Copying, filing and updating paper and electronic documents.
- Performing other functions and tasks as assigned.
