About The Position

Our team of Administrative Business Partners does more than just support our leaders: we're the backbone of the busiest people at Palantir. We build positive relationships with the people we support and anticipate their needs without being asked. Our passion for helping others makes us an invaluable resource at Palantir! As an Administrative Business Partner, you will be handling a variety of professional responsibilities, including calendaring, travel, and expenses. You are very organized and thrive off of enabling the people we support to be as productive and impactful as possible. You'll demonstrate your excellent communication skills, and exercise tact and diplomacy in helping to manage relationships with internal and external senior team members at Palantir. In this role you'll also demonstrate good judgment and critical thinking by understanding competing priorities and actioning accordingly. Palantir moves fast — priorities shift, leadership needs evolve, and no two days look the same. The best Administrative Business Partners don't just keep up; they stay one step ahead. You bring a strategic mindset to every interaction, thinking beyond the immediate task to understand the broader goals of the people and teams you support. You're a clear and confident communicator — whether drafting a concise briefing, coordinating across time zones, or navigating a sensitive conversation with a senior stakeholder — and your written and verbal communication consistently reflects professionalism and clarity. Ambiguity doesn't rattle you; it energizes you. You're comfortable operating in an environment where the roadmap changes frequently, and you have the judgment and adaptability to pivot quickly without losing sight of what matters most.

Requirements

  • Experience with scheduling sophisticated international and domestic travel itineraries.
  • Familiarity with travel booking and expense reporting software.

Nice To Haves

  • Excellent communication skills and perceptiveness — both written and verbal — with the ability to tailor your style and tone to your audience.
  • Strategic thinking: you understand the "why" behind requests and connect day-to-day logistics to larger organizational goals.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities; you remain calm, decisive, and effective when the plan changes.
  • Ability to adjust quickly, anticipate needs, and implement autonomously, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to interact with a wide range of teams internally and externally with thoughtfulness and tact.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion in both internal and external interactions.
