About The Position

This role provides overall administrative support, managing data files, scanning documents, creating folders, and filing. It involves assisting with invoicing, billing, and mailing activities, as well as data entry. The Administrative Assistant will interface with other internal departments to resolve retail business issues and provide phone support for the team and location. The position requires adherence to all company policies and procedures, including safety, and may involve other duties as assigned, which can vary by location.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (Relevant work experience may be substituted for education).
  • 1+ year’s office and/or clerical experience (Relevant work experience may be substituted for education).
  • General computer competency is required, including a minimum of 1-year experience Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Must be able to communicate in English effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work overtime with little notice.

Responsibilities
