Your work environment at EXP: EXP is an award ‑ winning international engineering firm, and our Celebration, FL office is seeking an on ‑ site Administrative Assistant to support our field and administrative staff. This role is essential to maintaining smooth daily operations and ensuring our teams, clients, and visitors experience the professionalism and hospitality that define EXP.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in an administrative, office, or support role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
  • Ability to stay organized, multitask, and manage responsibilities in a fast ‑ paced environment.
  • Comfort learning new systems, tools, and office processes.
  • A proactive, service ‑ oriented mindset with a commitment to supporting team needs.

Responsibilities

  • Support the office as an in ‑ person administrative professional (this is not a remote role).
  • Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, including basic cleaning tasks such as taking out trash, vacuuming, and general office upkeep.
  • Keep the kitchen stocked by purchasing supplies from vendors such as Walmart and Sam’s Club, including ordering coffee, snacks, and other essentials.
  • Manage expense reports for office supplies and miscellaneous charges.
  • Print agendas, project plans, and other materials needed by staff.
  • Sort, distribute, and organize incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Assist field staff with scanning, copying, and document preparation.
  • Order paper, ink, and related materials through ARC.
  • Support onboarding activities for new employees.
  • Manage FedEx responsibilities, including collecting packages and creating shipping labels.
  • Oversee ordering and inventory for clothing, hats, vests, hard hats, safety bags, and other office or field supplies.
  • Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe tools with proficiency.
  • Work toward becoming a Notary to support office needs.
