The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day operations of assisting customers with enrolling, changing, or canceling their parking. This role also involves assisting contracted vendors and other non-employees with their parking needs, and helping CHA Benefit eligible employees with MBTA enrollment. The position requires attending new CHA employee orientations to present parking options and facilitate program enrollment, maintaining an organized and accurate filing system, and preparing weekly payroll reports of CHA employee parking deductions data. The Administrative Assistant will maintain office hours to assist CHA employees with all parking and transportation-related services and assist with other projects as needed.
