Responsibilities

  • Balance daily deposits, generate reports, assist with store goals, and help ensure day-to-day operations stay organized.
  • Be one of the first faces customers see, creating a friendly, professional first impression.
  • Manage internet sales inquiries, prepare information, answer questions, and help remove obstacles so the sales team can focus on serving customers.
  • Order supplies, maintain accurate records, and follow through to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Work with customers, sales professionals, managers, and other departments to keep everyone informed and projects moving forward.
  • Shift gears to adapt to changing priorities and new requests while staying organized and maintaining accuracy.
