About The Position

JARS Cannabis is seeking entry-level candidates to join their team at the Peoria location. This full-time position requires open availability and offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with customer service experience (e.g., from Starbucks, Target, or other retail/food service roles) to learn about the cannabis industry. The company provides on-the-job training and emphasizes growth within a rapidly expanding company.

Requirements

Positive, outgoing, and welcoming attitude.
Open availability: able to work morning and evening shifts and holidays with no restraints on your schedule!
Must be able to work a MINIMUM of 30 hours each week.
High School Diploma/GED.
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and walk for a minimum of 8 hours daily.
Comfortable using a computer for the duration of the shift.
Willingness to learn and self-educate about cannabis trends and products.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Commitment to maintaining a clean workspace.
Basic math skills and computer knowledge.
Ability to move and lift at least 50 lbs.
Personal smartphone required. For iPhone IOS 14 or later and Android OS 4.4 or later are required.
All applicants must be at least 21 years old.
Pass a standard background check.
Undergo a fingerprint background check.
