About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Seasonal Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support the Human Resources and Office Management functions during peak operational periods. This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, organized, proactive, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Administrative Assistant will work closely with the HR & Office Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and provide general administrative and clerical support.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of administrative, office, or clerical experience preferred
  • Familiarity with HR support tasks is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR & Office Manager and other administrative staff
  • Assist with data entry, document management, and file organization (digital and physical)
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and internal inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Coordinate office supplies, inventory tracking, and ordering as needed
  • Support meeting coordination and calendar management
  • Assist with special projects and seasonal administrative needs
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information at all times
