The ideal candidate must be a well-organized, proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The individual must be able to work independently, display excellent customer service and communication skills with a strong attention to detail. If you are collaborative and team-oriented with the ability to switch gears and adjust priorities on short notice, this position is for you! The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting with management and coordination of all aspects of travel arrangements to ensure smooth, compliant, and cost-effective trips for individuals or groups. Training will be provided.
