About The Position

Bank of Bird-in-Hand is actively seeking a Loan Admin Assistant I to join our team in Paradise, PA. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the Lending and Loan Administration staff.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

Must enjoy speaking to customers via phone or in person
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe and Outlook
Strong reading, writing, grammar, and mathematical skills
Advanced ability to analyze, research, and interpret data

Responsibilities

Supports Lending Officers by: processing account transfers, scanning/synergizing tax returns, creating electronic files, maintaining financial trackers.
Preparation of Note/Collateral Modifications: preparing electronic files, gathering information for processing, preparing/submitting Modification requests, corresponding with title companies/attorneys for documentation, complete/close request.
Orders property searches, flood certification, credit reports, appraisals and other needed information to support Modification underwriting, approval and closing conditions.
Manages daily incoming and outgoing mail within the Lending Department.
Prints and distributes reports to Lenders.
Updates weekly loans in process reporting.
Manages the weekly late loan report and Lending mailbox.
Answers and directs incoming calls to the loan department.
May manage calendars, schedule appointments, arrange meetings/luncheons and order office supplies.
Monitor Auction sale website and communicate upcoming sales to the Lenders.
Back-up to the other loan assistants for coverage while on PTO, sick or leave of absence.
Perform other duties as required.
